Some friends of ours recently needed new wall ovens, and asked for my 2 cents when they were doing their research. After looking online at a number of sites, I came to the conclusion that they'd be crazy (given their means) not to get a steam oven. But of course that opinion was just from what I'd read. Happy to say I was soooooo right. We had dinner at their house last night and the Wolf steam/convection oven was just AMAZING. I was basically standing in front of it drooling. The rolls and shrimp she cooked in it were the most tender, delicious versions of those foods I've ever had. Literally.
So I just figured I'd mention it in case anyone considers steam as an option as part a kitchen renovation, etc. at some point. Even after all the glowing reports that I'd read, I was blown away by how super cool (and functional) it is.

Bill, all I can say is that the rolls were absolutely the best I've ever eaten -- completely done inside and browned on all sides/top/bottom but still incredibly soft. In my 56 years of bread experience, I've never been so wowed. But delete away if you must!
