I grilled some ribs the other day. I made a quick sauce with 1 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of A1 sauce and 1/4 cup of dark molasses. This sauce was excellent.

That sounds much easier than the sauce I make!

I made a nice sticky sauce for ribs with hoisin, soy, honey, garlic and ginger. Sometimes the quicker way works just as well as the start from scratch way. I even cook the ribs in my instant pot, and just finish them on the grill/under the broiler. After all, there are days when I just don’t have the time to smoke a few racks for hours and hours.
