Atlas Obscura is a site featuring the unusual, occasionally it touches upon food. This link is not so much a review as a detailed description that includes one recipe. We love chicken soup and I prepare chicken stock almost weekly from our Costco roasted chicken. Our freezers are packed. I will be getting this book! :!: :D

I’ve found the stuff atlas obscure does a lot of fun. This could mix up the routine quite nicely!
