I heard an interview with Harold McGee today on NPR's Forum program, promoting his new book Keys to Good Cooking: A Guide to Making the Best of Foods and Recipes. Anyone have an opportunity to look at it yet?

I'm on about Chapter 8 Vegetables. It isn't as intense as the serious one, but it is good.
