Thanks! That looks and must smell fabulous! I can't wait. You are right about the cost, though. I was so disappointed at the one I made. I used Silver Palate's recipe, but I suspect I cooked it too long. I'll give yours a try....

That looks like a fabulous Saturday night supper. Think I'll try it with shrimp and scallops. Don't have access to much else. Also have to sub a baguette for the sourdough. However, I do think it will taste good. Fitzie

Throw some fish in there. Frozen snapper, tilapia or halibut should work.
