I am going to make a chocolate bundt cake and Fuzzy's orange olive oil bundt cake for a party on Tuesday night.
Can I safely make these a day ahead and cover carefully then ice the day of event?

Lynn,
Actually, most cakes benefit by aging. Go for it.

Lynn,
Bundt cake is now 3 days old and is still very good. Just make sure to cover them to keep them moist.
