You'll never guess what I had for dinner Sunday Night.....
I wonderful 2.5" thick veal porterhouse lightly breadcrumbed, chargrilled topped with a white wine sauce with Mushrooms, Pancetta, Provolone Cheese

I had a meatloaf sandwich yesterday. It had some veal in it. It was lightly dressed in mayonnaise and meatloaf glaze and topped with pre-crumbed bread.
